Welcome to Fashion Stylized. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases of wallets, watches, and other accessories.

By placing an order on Fashion Stylized, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Karachi: 1–2 business days
  • Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
  • Other major cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

2.2 Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, and Pakistan Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The courier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total and delivery location:

  • Orders above PKR 3,000: Free shipping across Pakistan
  • Orders below PKR 3,000: A flat shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas: Additional charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout

All shipping charges are displayed transparently during checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery:

  • Visit the courier's official website and enter your tracking number
  • Track your order directly through your Fashion Stylized account under "My Orders"
  • Contact our customer support team if you experience any issues tracking your order

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the following process applies:

  • The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts
  • You will be contacted via phone or SMS prior to each attempt
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us
  • You may be charged a re-shipping fee if you request the order to be resent

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address or provide accurate contact details at checkout.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

6.1 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6.2 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your building reception first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at allauddinkamaluddin@gmail.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.

Fashion Stylized is not liable for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders across Pakistan. The following conditions apply to COD orders:

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 15,000
  • A small COD handling fee may apply, displayed at checkout
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in the customer being restricted from future COD purchases

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or promotional events
  • Public holidays or courier service disruptions
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or customs-related delays

In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

9. Packaging

All Fashion Stylized products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials suited to the nature of each product — including padded boxes for watches and sealed pouches for wallets. We take pride in ensuring your unboxing experience reflects the quality of our products.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics, courier partners, or operational procedures.
